Unrestricted and O2 sensor

Hi champs,

I was wondering, what is the definition of an unrestricted map in FTECU?

Also, Is it not possible to deactivate the O2 sensor? I can see (on YT) that it is possible on other makes.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
