when trying to flash my ecu for the first time i get a Error No Init Resonse.

2016 zx10-21175-1118 (eu unrestricted)
i just tried to write 2016 zx10-21175-1128 (us) unrestricted and got the same error code
You have a hardware issue that isn't allowing full communication with the ECU. Please check to make sure that the pins are inserted in the correct positions in the connector, that the pins are in the correct attitude (crimp facing upward) and fully seated into the connector.
I am having the exact same issue with a 2013 ZX-10R and the 2011-2015 unrestricted . I have used an ohms meter to ensure connectivity, but still the error message occurs.
What is the part number for your ECU and what file are you trying to flash? Are you using bike-side or bench kit?
I am having this same issue on a 2019 zx10rr.
