Also... this is a brand-new unit. just received it a few days ago and just opened the box today.
Followed the instructions for installation of software and then registration of USB but it would not even register that i plugged anything in.
After speaking with someone yesterday and going over how on (at the time) two different computers (now four different computers) the device had an error "Error: Unrecognized USB Device" when trying to test. I was told to return the USB device and if THEY find or can reproduce an error, they will send a new USB device. And what if they can't reproduce the error? 🤦♂️
If we can not reproduce the error we will work with you to find the issue and get you sorted out.
