C45 error code

Hi there, I flashed my ecu couple month ago and put an unrestricted confit on it and after I started getting c45 error code after I ride it on constant rpm’s (e.g. going in highway around 6-7k rmp constantly for couple miles), but if I won’t keep rpms constant it won’t show up, not sure if this is related to exhaust sensor that I didn’t unplug(but disabled while flashing) or to PAIR valve system(didn’t installed block off plates but disabled when flashing), also when check engine light comes up exhaust no longer pops on decelerating
