ECU Flashing

So I recently purchased the auto blip kit and installed it then came the hard part of flashing my ECU. I did everything as the instruction said but was stuck at preparing write data. so after 2-ish hrs. I crossed it so I can retry. but this time it wouldn't let me flash it and said I had to buy a new license( which I did) tried to reflash with auto blip enable but it didn't work. I don't know what I'm doing wrong can i get help????

I think I need a reset on my license

    I was having this same problem, with a phone call to support one of the guys had me re-seat all the wires I had added, including the ones surrounding them. This allowed me to finally write the file to ECU.
