Self-Service License Reset Feature

Greetings,

I'd recommend adding this self service license reset feature to your software. This one feature alone can prevent someone's bike from being down hours or days to simply minutes. Also, I'm sure this would be a big assist to paid tuners with someone's bike sitting at their shop.

Lastly, this feature can also go a long way with improving customer service.

Just a thought.

    A license reset is not a cure-all for any and all issues encountered during an ECU flash. Only when there is a major writing error that results in the license being in an "attempted" state is it useful, and only then.
