Licence status: flash init

Good afternoon,

I attempt to flash my bike on the 22nd of july and was met with "security violation" and flash failed. 

After speaking to someone from Veloxracing i was informed that it was because my Internet connect was not strong enough and would need to have my license reset.

Please can you assist.
