Failed to write ecu

Got everything hooked up to the sxs and triple checked wiring. Computer connected and started to write no problem. Got to 100% and write failed. Can't read or write ecu now due to it saying I need a license. I think the license needs reset. I'm going to try writing the ecu on the bench in my house with better internet connection. Thanks for any info.

    If there is a connection problem it can cause a problem and will need to be reset. Try again after restarting the computer/software. You will want to start the software before you plug the USB cable in as well. If that does not work send me an email with lic# and account email.
