Hey everyone,
I was trying today to flash my ECU for the gsxr 750 2018 to no avail using the bike side harness. I'm getting no response from the ECU regardless of whether I read or write the ECU. I have checked the wires orange, red and yellow in the black ECU backplate connector. How far do I have to press in the wires? I'm trying to be careful and not damage anything.

Hi,
The wires have to go all the way in and lock into place before you install the faceplate. You could also look at the face of the ECU and compare the pins you installed to the ones already in the connector. I recommend you perform the 6-Pin Bike Side harness test as well. It would help you locate the wire that may not be making contact. Afterwards perform a full read out of your ECU. If it successfully reads the ECU then your connections are good and you should have no problems flashing.
