I recently bought a bike side Harness flash kit to flash the ecu on my suzuki. Only to find out
that it was flashed by the previous owner of the bike. I tried multiple times to connect to the ecu with the cables but no luck. Can you guys help me fix this...? I just installed a full M4 exhaust and I want to tune it but I can't connect.

Your ECU type (11+ GSXR750) always supports reading even if the ECU has been license to someone else..
Most of the time there is a simple wiring issue preventing Reads/Writes especially if you are using a bike harness, which can be tricky to get pinned in correctly.
