Invalid credentials

Hello, I seem to be able to log in from my PC OK, but the laptop I use to flash the bike does not seem to accept my login info? It worked fine last year. I have uninstalled, reinstalled the software many times. Also tried starting software with and without USB plugged in. USB does show as USB Serial Converter in device manager. Please help! Thanks!

    I finally got it to work, but just in case someone has same issue. Per FTECU software download page, it says .net framework 4/4.5 required for W-7. I checked my main PC that works and it only shows I have net framework 4.8. After updating my laptop from 4 to 4.8 I was able to log in now.
