Not Responding

I have a 2021 mt-07. When I go to write the ecu after it has me turn the key on and off it says "not responding". I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. help please

    Hi,

    Can you go to the help tab then to test interface? Tell me what the number is you are getting with everything connected key off then everything connected and key on.

    With the key off it's bounces between 20 & 30

    With the key on it's 36

    Hi,

    Those are the correct values you should be seeing. Are you making sure the run/stop switch on the right handlebar is in the run position? This should be the switch that triggers the fuel pump to turn on when turning the key on.

    Also when we are writing to the ECU you want to make sure you start with everything connected and the key off. Once you press Write ECU you only want to turn the key on when the software prompts you to.

    Yes, I have done that. But it's still saying "Write Attempted Failed. Please try again later".
