2015 R1 ABS DELETE ISSUE

I have the FT ECU unrestricted file flashed on the bike, and have installed the FT ECU ABS Delete. I keep getting wheel speed sensor faults and they are intermittent with clearing via TEXA diagnostics .

Both wheel speed sensors are registering the correct speed on the TEXA peramiters while on the bench, but throws up wheel speed sensor codes and locks out traction while riding.

please help, as the TCU locking out has already thrown me off once...
