Pin crimps

What crimps are used at the ends of the red/yellow/orange wires? I somehow managed to pull one off of the wire. Id like to just purchase the wire crimp without having to purchase a whole new bike side adapter.

    If you get a generic pin crimp tool you should be able to make it work.
