No registered ECU found popped up, hardware is ok

Hi, I realized I posted this question in the wrong section of the forum, so I will post it here.

I went to flash my ecu today and the 'No registered ECU found' message popped up. I went through the wire connection protocol using the paperclip and multimeter and found that my bike-side harness is installed correctly. Do I need a license reset?

    Close out your Tuning Suite, open it back up and try again a few times. Let us know the results.
