2016ZX10R auto blip

Hey guys, I have a customers 2016ZX10R ecu im trying to flash with the autoblip enabled. I have a license in my account for the blipper, but everytime I try to "enable" it and write the ecu, it'll give me a pop up and say the blipper is disabled.. also, ive been charged 2 licenses for the same ecu. I have Pictures of this, or you can just look at my account

    please try again with today's update 2.5.5.0

    we fixed a problem where poor internet connection could cause that behavior..
