Hello

I have registered but suddenly I start tuning suit,

I got "fail to connect the internet"

Of course, no problem using internet with my pc.

What can I do?

    Hi,

    You need to make sure your USB Datalink cable is plugged in. If you get "Fail Check Internet" the first time press ok and log in again. Make sure your USB cable is still plugged in and the Tuning Suite will open fine. If the login window stays greyed out in the background with the Tuning Suite open please close out of the software and reopen it then you are good to go.
