"no registered ecu found"

When I try to flash my ecu it says, no registered ecu found. followed by invalid licence even though the licence number is shown in the device box. I have been using this bench harness over two years without any problems. I have uninstalled and reinstalled latest software several times, still doesn't work.

    Please uninstall the software, check task manager to make sure nothing from the software is running in the background, then restart your computer. Then reinstall software and try again please.

    I fixed it, it was a broken wire in the harness.
