MAP X axis values unit?

Hey Jason,

What is the unit of the MAP vs RPM x axis? I am assuming it is volts because the pressure sensor is a 5v sensor. Please confirm. Thanks.

Your X Axis on MAP vs RPM is what your MAP sensor reads as pressure 0-100. 100 equaling atmospheric pressure at sea level.

Please see below. Your statement is incorrect...at least for the R3. The X values present as 0.79 to 4.15. That may correspond to pressure through a calibration curve but the X values are not represented in 0-100. If this is voltage from the sensor then I am all set and conduct what I need on the dyno. I just need confirmation. Thanks.

    Hi,

You are both correct in reading the values, they are just dependent on each file. Some files have pressure listed 0-100 and some have voltage 0-5V. This one happens to be a voltage reference instead.

    Thanks,

    Jason A.
