    It said need to buy new license. this ecu already have a license for that.

    This is most likely nothing to do with licensing but rather a communication issue causing the software not to recognize the valid license.

    Are you using a bike or bench harness?

    Next step is to check the hardware..

    I'm facing this kind of issue before and instruct to reset the license. Both bench n bike harness will throw up the same error. This is not the 1st time. It is about 100+ bikes that i flashed using FT

    Refer to previous email. It is the same problem and solved after reset the license.

    So how to resolve this issue? I already give a proof same problem as before and the resolution just from reset the license. Now all the support staff don't know how to do it?

    Same thing happing to me today, how is this resolved, same ECU tried 5 times & waited a few hours still wont work. Is the new server offline can anyone confirm this? I have uninstalled the program, reinstalled a new version & logged in again, turned off the firewall,

    Fixed, uninstalled the software, downloaded the latest version which is 2.5.4.23 & logged in, still had the same problem cant see new server, shut laptop down & later restarted laptop & a new FT software update popped up 2.5.4.24, updated, this software fixed the server problem, waisted 5 licence trying to sort this out hope FT can reinstate my licences lost licence.
