License showing not owned by me

in ECU Licensing

I have a license that was used to flash my ECU that is sitting in "My ECU Licenses". When I try to reflash the ECU to make a few changes and add FT autoblipper it is saying the ECU is still registered to my tuner. Its been transferred to me and sitting in my account, so im confused as to why I can't reflash the ECU and make the changes that are needed.

    The ECU license for the ECU you are trying to flash is still owned by your tuner according to our system. You need to contact the tuner to have it transferred over to your account.
