suite stuck on verifying image

hello, i tried to read the ecu on a 2009 yamaha r6 the software went through both reading ecu prompts and now it is stuck on verifying image.

i dont know the software version of the suite, but it is quite old.

    Go to Help>Version and let us know what version you are using. When was the last time you flashed?
