Im changing my front sprocket going down one tooth where do i adjust the speedo in the flash software?

Most of the Kawasakis do not have that feature because the signal goes through the dash first.

So does that mean my Speedo will be accurate?

Only if you use stock gearing and tire sizes. If the signal goes through the dash first, the ECU cannot modify that message to the dash.
