2017 R6 trouble activating active tune ( have data link flash kit already)

Hi...

i recently purchased data link flash kit. I then purchased active tune. I first flashed my ecu with stock flash, then I decided to change and flash my ecu to unrestricted ecu flash. i have installed my active tune harness, and now I have attempted to enable my active tune option. It keeps telling me to register my license, but every time I do so it tells me my license is only for special features.... Can someone please help?

Did you have a scratchoff activation code? I don't see any special code registered under your account.
