No registered ECU found

Hi! reflashed my bike today and just as it was verifying it after fast writing it, it said error please try again or somethign like that. My bike starts off fine so the flash worked but then I tried reflashing and now it says No registered ECU found, could this be the same issue the other guy had posting a similar subject?

I do see your license in the "Attempted" state I have reset it for you. Please be sure to restart your computer and attempt flashing again please.
