High idle rpm after throttle body sync.

Hi,

I have a 2008 4c8 R1 and have the bike side harness. The map i have flashed is the us 60 deristricted. Before the flash my idle was around 1100 and after the flash it was the same. Problem I have now is that I have just had the throttle bodies synced by my mechanic and now my idle is 1400. I would like it to sit around 1200. Is this something that can be adjusted with the software or has the mechanic done something to make it higher when syncing the bodies.
