Hello, my software can’t log in

Hello, my software can’t log in. Just enter the account and password and click to log in. It will always be in this state! I also re-downloaded the latest version and installed it again, and the same is true for my computer network cable using wired and wireless connections!

    Hi,

    Try clearing out the tuning suite and opening it up fresh bit when you login make sure to do it with your USB cable plugged in.
