open atmosphere test

wideband sensor is out, bike runing , afr is stuck at 10.2 afr while idling . if i rev up engine it wil sometime start reading 11s 11.5 ish then fall back to 10.2 afr . regardles sensor is out of exhaust afr sould stay 20 no mater what reving or idling. ive instal another sensor just to make sure same result . flash tune send me another module witch goes between stock o2 connector and afr sensor , same result. ive check ground conection , i have good ground . any ideas??? 2020 Kawasaki h2
