I purchased the bike side harness kit for my 2008 R1 4C8 from VeloxRacing.

I have already done a flash but when i try to access documents from help in the tuning suite I get unautherised access error. Also when I try to go to my profile from the FTECU home page I get you do not have permission.

Are the documents from the ftecu tuning suite the same as from the quick start guide.
