New install - Fail Error: no response…

New install, all set up and keep getting this message when trying to write to ecu.

Fail Error: no response…

Performed interface test and get 6, 36 which is OK

Any guidance please?

    Hi,

    Looking at your account it looks like you have successfully flashed your ECU the other day. If you are still having problems please let us know.
