Altering fuel maps between 2 and k below 5% throttle

HI All.

I've got a euro model GSX-s1000 on my dyno. I've flashed with the correct map for the ECU but I need to add some fuel between 2 and 4k RPM on low throttle openings (1-5%). I've tried upto 30% increase now with no change to air fuel ratio. ( dynojet dyno 250i dyno with latest software). Any ideas what i could be doing wrong? I've tried several flashes slowly increasing fuel in the area i need but no response.

Where in the map are you making the changes but not seeing them apply when on the dyno?

What modifications have been done to this bike?

What is the ECU part number?
