No Registered ECU Found

Failed initial write attempt (suspected lost internet for a split second) using bike side harness. Now, software cannot find the registered license. Based on other forum posts, I think the "attempted" license status requires a reset on your end. License # ending in ...F6A9, registered to DanSzeze@Gmail.com. Please help. Thanks!
