urgent! I bought two licenses and only received one

In June 18, 2020 I bought 2 licenses contract No. 102538 spand $200 .But I just receiecd one licenses. At first I thought it was a system delay.So I use one license for one bike .fond no problem, next day I need flash an other bike fond i didn't received and other license. But client in the shop so In desperation I bought and other license .Just for emergency. until now I didn't received another yet. PLZ help me to solve the problme. And by the way I did't wanna refund just wann ask this time I already buy 3 licenses can I Can I get a 3 licenses discount? Waiting for you reply
