Swedishengine stalls with in-gear idle

When I set my In gear idle to off, if I blip the throttle after flashing, the engine stalls. Whereas, if I turn on In Gear Idle, the revs stay at 3000rpm. ecu file is 13S-8591A-00 (EU) Unrestricted
What I've changed is;
secondary injector proportion, copied Unrestricted ign advance, lowered ect vs rpm by 5 across the board (does the same with standard ect numbers), made the etv base maps 1:1.
