Idle afr dropping

HI my warm up afr from cold is rock steady 14.0 during warm up. But as soon as it reaches about 150 degrees it changes like a light switch. Goes from the steady 14.0 during warm up to 17AFR then slowly goes down to 10afr stumbles and recovers goes back to 17 afr and repeats this over and over. how do I fix or adjust for this issue?

Is the sap comp adjustment what I should be adjusting? And what does the sap adjustments represent? Sap comp seems to stabilize the afr to 17afr but cant seem to adjust it richer. And what changes the warm up and warm afr at idle? TPS vs rpm made no difference in afr?
