Yamaha R1S 2016 ECU flash

I use B60-8591A-10(US) and disable some ECU Settings (steering damper...) from there and flash successful.

Now when i try to start screen goes black and there is some sort of 'knocking' noise and nothing happend.

Bike is mounted Woodcraft Keyswitch Elimination so is immobilizer that cause this or what happend, bike works nice before this.

And this was first flash my own lisence.
