QS/Autoblipper Not Fully Functional 2017 GSXR 1000

Have been having an issue with my QS/Autoblipper. The Quickshifter only works from gears 3-4-5, and the blipper only works from gears 4-3-2. When I switch my bike to QS setting #2 (on the dash) it seems to work but the shifts are not as crisp as it once was in QS setting #1. I have tried a new ECU and had mine completely reflashed.

Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?

    i have been having the same issues for 5 months now, its even random and will work perfect for 1/2 a ride but then just stop... switch wires and same issues but in reverse, and even tried GP shift, still the same issues, I did read that a different file image may help, and will try this on the weekend
