Empty data stream

Hello, I want to check sensors calibration on my Cp3 and using monitor functionality. My problem is when i start a data session with some values selected, no curve apears, no value on the top line (rpm, map ...) and created .csv is empty. Connection status is ok and "start / play" functionality say "connected" after a good synchronization. Thanks for help. Loïc.
