Cant add new bike to multiple subscription

Hi Guys-

Cant seem to get a new bike added to my 10 pack- please advise as no ADD option shows on screen. How can I make this happen? Can you help? Let me know.

You still have 9 open licenses in your account. Not sure what you mean by there being an "ADD option"?

When you attempt to flash a new ECU what happens?
