Blipper on Yamaha R6 2008-2016 Model

Hello, I want to try the blipper on old bike model so I modified the new 2017 harness to fit on old model. The issue was there was no place to fit the gear sensor on old model. If the gear sensor is not connected, is it possible to use quick shifter and blipper?

No it is not safely possible for us to put a blipper on the older model R6.

Hello, maybe I didn’t describe well. I mean if the gear sensor is not connected on 2017-2019 R6 model. The blipper will work or no?

Hi,

If the Gear Position Sensor is not hooked up or functioning properly the Autoblipper will not work.
