I've had the ActiveTune since January 2018 and it has been great, however over the last couple of weeks the engine RPM surges up and down at any RPM, which makes riding it very frustrating.
Switching the ActiveTune off fixes this immediately and the bike runs perfectly.
Has my ActiveTune module failed?

Hi,
I would suggest taking a look at the condition of your O2 sensor as they do not last forever. Please reference this document I made.

Turned out to be a faulty O2 wideband, replaced and working well.
