Read my ECU but unable to open the file

OK I read my ECU copied the file and is saved on my computer. But now can't open it well I can open but it doesnt show anything. I click on the plus symbol and all I get is "Read From ECU by (my Email)" thats it. So what do I do now?

    You need to flash a file into your ECU first. Otherwise you're basically reading the internal files of the stock ECU and automatically sending them to us to be defined as a new file.

    kento made a mistake above. it seems you read out an undefined ECU image. please email the file to sales@ftecu.com so we can get it defined for you.
