Blipper license no longer recognized

Hello, I have a problem with the license DA81E3E0. When I wanted to do a new programming today, the program no longer recognized the Blipper license. Also in the database, the license is no longer displayed.

But on this ECU a blipper was always on !! Can you help me? Greetings, Dominik

    That license shows up in the middle of the first page of your license history database. We only show an Active Tune feature on this license.

    I have seen that. However, this bike was driven until the update yesterday always with Blipper. So there must have been a license !! I read the ECU before and the blipper was active !!!

    There was not. Our records show that only an Active Tune feature was ever assigned to that license.
