ECU License no longer usable

Hi after succesfully flashing many times, I now get this error after losing connection while flashing...,

Can you solve this?

"Error: This license is no longer in usable state. Please contact support."

"Unauthorized ECU 4451435D"

Please help.

Your license has been reset, you can now flash again, but any file you haven't saved are lost. When you drop the internet connection during the flash, it usually puts the license in an "attempted" state, and it has to be reset.

It's showing virgin state on our end, it was reset yesterday.

Hi,

It looks like something caused your license to go into an "Attempted" state. I have reset the license for you and you will need to do a full flash of the ECU again.
