2018 Yamaha R6 Quickshifter Not Working

I bought a QS for 2016 R6 and got it to work. I then put it on my 2018 R6 with a new cable. My Rear set are woodcraft so the shift shaft is horizontal

I used standard Shift so it plug into the Green/Black wire. When I test the plugs going into the Stock wire harness and pull up the current closes. Telling me the switch and harness is good. The dash has QS on the dash.

When I race it the QS doesn't work. What could I be missing. Is there something I should look at in the map?

    If you are sure that the QSS is enabled when you flashed the file, you should try swapping the connectors just to see if that works.

    Both plugs will close the current. Since that works I would think something is wrong with the software.
