Your license hasn't been married to the ECU yet. Try resetting the email login on the tuning suite. Go to User>Update Email and enter your login credentials for the tuning suite again.

Your license was in a "hardfail" status, so it has been reset.
Hi, this license does not work anymore? Error: Flash Request Error ... message appears and I cannot connect. Please help me.
Hello After the upgrade, I have a license (CE4C9953) problem, a message appears "No registered ECU found. Would You Like to Purchase a License for this ECU?" Activate it again.
You had a hardware problem during your flash. Please check all your connections.
There is nothing wrong with your licenses. Please check your connections carefully.
Please help you in trouble Hello license Thank you
The one license in your account is in a normal state.
i have the same issue
It appears from our logs that this is your first time flashing. If so, the software should state that an unregistered ECU has been detected, and if you want to marry your license to it. You need to marry your license (included with your USB Data Link cable) to the ECU before you can flash it.
I didn't want to start a new thread since my issue is identical. I was flashing my bike but towards the end of it, I lost internet connection since I was on a mountain using my hotspot. I did, however, notice that my ground connection to the bike's ground wire that was pulled out of the ecu socket was coming loose, so that's also been fixed on my end :-). I also performed the quick check jumping the red/orange red/yellow and multimeter test mentioned on the bug report forum. Mine passed all of this, so I'm pretty sure it's from my internet connection cutting out during the last flash. Could mine be reset as well? Thank you :-)
Your license has been reset.
