images not loading fully

Trying to flash my bike and the images won’t load no matter what i do! i’ve tried reinstalling, restarting, different images, everything! my harness is plugged in and all that, no matter how many times i refresh and restart it doesn’t work! all i see is the file name and notes. please help me out!
