MT07 unrestricted

Hello I have a 2020 MT07 ecu number is B34-8591A-00 EU the bike is A2 meaning it’s restricted to 35kw (47hp) from factory, I run my bike with EBay exhaust with db killer inside, snorkel removed from the air box with stock air filter. I have removed all the mechanical restrictions as well and tried to flash it using the file:

15-17 MT07 - B34-8591A-00(EU)

also the stock file and unrestricted file but it doesn’t seem to unlock the full base power of the bike it feels like the bike starts to cut power around 7000 rpm

is there anything that can be done?

appreciate any help I can get
