New Active tuning kit missing activation key

I purchased a flash harness / cable / and active tuning kit. I have successfully written to my ECU, and this license is now showing on my account, however the kit did not come with the Active tuning license and it is asking for one to register the product before continuing. How do I obtain my active tuning license key?

We have since resolved this issue for you.

This issue was because the item was purchased through our 3rd party that typically does the flashing for you.

If you have purchased a kit from 2WDW and they are not doing the flashing for you please email us at sales@ftecu.com so that we can get the issue resolved.
