Blipper wont work from 4th to 3rd when R features are enabled

I've seen this covered before, and it's supposed to have been fixed with an upgrade, but with my EU file version it still doesn't work. I've written an email but without answer, and tried to call but this new AI answering machine just won't understand the issue and would not pass me through. Its really anoying.

Anyone knows how to fix it?, ECU part number is 32920-17K93. I've also enabled the FTECU QS+PL+LC, but then the LC does not work. So I either have a good blipper with no LC or a good LC with no blipper.
